These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Glaw mobile app provided by Aleksandr Saliukov (Vienna, Austria) ("Glaw", "we", "us"). By downloading or using Glaw, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

1. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Glaw on Apple devices you own or control, in line with these Terms and Apple's Standard End User Licence Agreement, which also applies to your use of the app.

2. What Glaw is — and isn't

Glaw provides cosmetic and self-improvement guidance for general informational purposes only. It analyzes photos and suggests appearance-related routines. Glaw is not medical, dermatological, dental, or mental-health advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not a substitute for a qualified professional. Always use common sense, and consult a professional before starting any new routine if you have any concern. You use Glaw and follow its suggestions at your own discretion and risk.

3. Subscriptions, billing & renewals

Glaw offers auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock premium features. The price and billing period are shown to you in the app before you purchase.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription automatically renews unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the rate of your selected plan.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings after purchase. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Any free trial's unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

Purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies; contact Apple Support for refund requests.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Glaw — including reverse-engineering it, disrupting it, using it unlawfully, or uploading photos of anyone without their consent. You must be at least 16 years old to use Glaw.

5. Intellectual property

Glaw, its name, design, and content are owned by us and protected by law. The photos you capture remain yours; you grant us only the limited permission needed to process them to provide your analysis, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimers

Glaw is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that any result, score, or routine will produce a particular outcome.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Glaw. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.

8. Changes to the app or Terms

We may update Glaw or these Terms over time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
